At Broad Fitness Studio, we focus on creating a supportive environment specifically for women. Our goal is to empower you through fitness and wellness, helping you achieve your personal best.
We will not make ridiculous promises or use gimmicks just to get you in the door. Instead, we cordially invite you to reach out and learn more about what we offer with absolute zero pressure.
Bootcamp is a high intensity workout that is all encompassing. HIIT, cardio, plyometrics, SAQ, core, strength, flexibility, and balance training, you'll be sweating to a workout that never repeats itself. Movements can be modified for individual needs and fitness levels.
Less emphasis on cardio, small group focuses on building muscle. With one certified trainer for every 4 women you can get the individual attention you need during a program specifically designed for women.
Our certified personal trainers will work with you to create a customized fitness plan based on your goals and fitness level. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, our trainers can help you succeed.

Our gym is not an 'open gym' style but we are available to take your call or answer your message 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM.
Bootcamp starts by a 5 minute led warm up. After a quick drink of water we start the first of 3 segments, each lasting about 12 minutes with a 1 minute drink break in between. After the third segment we will end the hard part with a 90-second challenge that changes monthly. The instructor will then lead the class through a 5 minute cool down. The entire class from start to finish will last 50 minutes.
Each bootcamp program is unique and never the same so that it never gets boring. Sometimes equipment such as weights or bands are used but sometimes it's entirely body weight. Some classes we are moving around the gym the whole time with circuit work, and sometimes we stay in one place.
You will only ever need a bottle of water, but even if you forget that, we got you! Everything else, such as mats and towels, are provided.

Before you begin small group, you will meet with a certified trainer to do an assessment and chat about your goals. Once assigned a class, whether that be one or two a week, you will be with no more than 3 other awesome women. There will be a warm up before we start the workout where we focus on muscle overload using weights. The trainer will work with you to correct form, offer modifications, as well as gently encourage you to push yourself to achieve your goals.
The work you do is tracked and logged with every exercise in order to track progress and set new goals.
Each class from beginning to end is 1 hour.
You will only ever need to bring water, but even if you forget that, we got you! Everything else is provided such as mats and towels.
The price depends on the type of class and how many a month you register for. There are no contracts, however you pay a month in advance that is non-refundable in order to encourage consistent attendance.
For bootcamp, you can pay a 'drop in' price by the class at a rate of $14.00. The price per class decreases, however, by committing to a 4x a month, 8x a month, 12x a month or unlimited.

Small Group is like having a personal trainer that you share the cost with 3 other women. You can commit to just one class a week at $140/month or we recommend 2 classes a week for many reasons, one of them being a steep discount for doing so. Contact us to learn more!
Personal training is $75/class.

No matter your age (18+), background, orientation, race, or fitness level, if you are a woman who is cleared for exercise by your doctor, you are welcome.
Weight loss first and foremost starts with diet. We are not dietitians or nutritionists, however we have knowledge about how your diet can best support your workouts. If your goal is fat loss, studies show that exercise combined with a healthy diet can achieve this. Whether you see this manifested on the scale or not varies from woman to woman.

Besides being woman-only, we foster a culture where our motivation is intrinsic as opposed to extrinsic.
For example, instead of getting fit so that you look hot in a bikini, we encourage getting fit because of the pride you will feel for accomplishing something hard. Or getting fit so you have the energy to keep up with your children or grandchildren. Getting fit to lower your cholesterol, turn around type 2 diabetes, or to battle depression. So at Broad Fitness, you won't hear any gimmicks that try to appeal to 'quick fixes' and unrealistic results.
Your workout will never get boring. At Broad Fitness, the programming constantly changes up and in the case of bootcamp, never repeats itself. We do not cycle through programs.
Additionally, at Broad Fitness, we stay in our lane. We are certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors. We are not doctors and so we will never advise you or pretend to know things on matters we are not trained in. For issues we are trained in, we will only stick to peer reviewed research studies that is backed by the majority of the scientific community.
At Broad Fitness Studio, we don't buy into bullshit.
Tabitha Beneke is the owner of Broad Fitness Studio. She is certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletic and Fitness Association of America.
Tabitha has had four years working with women of all ages and fitness levels in large group fitness, small group fitness, and personal training.
While fitness is Tabitha's passion, this is not her main job. An amazing opportunity presented itself to her, however, where she can continue with her main job while also pursuing her passion of owning her own fitness studio.
